Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FLP Ops application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Jotnar Media (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on that organization’s behalf.
1. The Service
FLP Ops is a business operations tool for managing equipment, maintenance, projects, and team members. The Service is currently provided on a pilot basis and may change, and features may be added, modified, or removed as it develops.
2. Accounts and access
Access is invite-only; there is no public sign-up. Accounts are provisioned by your organization’s administrator, who assigns each user an access level. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator or us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data or areas of the Service you are not authorized to use, or attempt to circumvent access controls;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law;
- upload malicious code, or use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose.
4. Your data
As between you and us, your organization retains all rights to the data it enters into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to operate and support the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit.
5. Availability and pilot status
Because the Service is offered as a pilot, it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance, apply updates, or suspend the Service as needed. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of critical records.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Jotnar Media and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described here.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jotnar Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
Your organization’s administrator may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if necessary to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
